Hi, in this topic i want to talk about reactivation code, nice time ago creators added it to game but in my opinion it's not good idea... Few days ago my teammate have been hacked and his account also have been deleted... He tried to recover his account, but he need reactivation code and what now? Someone deleted his account, without reactivation code. And its impossible to recover account. He was only owner of account, bought donuts, seasons, sidekick had a lot of confirmations but it doesn't matter... He don't have code... 

 

Who also think about deleting reactivation code from this game? Let's talk about it.

I don't see what a difference reactivation code or no would make a difference in that situation, do you?  Did he try contacting support?

He reported it to support, send image with registration email, confirmation of bought donuts and others... He needed reactivation code which he don't have...

I thought he can get his character activated again with Character Name, Server played, email address associated, date character was created.

He have this informations but he can't recover acc in this way, he need reactivation code...

There is no way to reactivate an account without the code. And you have to keep your log inn details safe and secret. Otherwise your account can be manipulated in many ways. Some of my old friends tried something last week. They knew my e-mail (strange but I figure out how later)  but did not know the password so they reset the password. Idiots who thought I will not get my password back! Total idiots who think winning is done by removing the opponent.

 

Mods, if I make a ticket to the support, will they find out who was the idiot who reset my account from his/her IP?

I'm not a mod, but I have contacted the support team in the past and I found them to be very helpful. If anyone can solve your issue, it is them.
