Hello! I want to ask if it is allowed to score a few low-level players shortly before the start of the HeroCon buy-in tournament to make points for the team and then for those players to leave the team (there are even deleted ones). BG5 constantly tolerates the fact that one person (I won't say names yet) almost ... manages the whole server

Hello that is actually not allowed. Its against playing fair in the game.
And where are these rules written?

However, this is not the case at all. Several players decide to delete their accounts after the start of HeroCon. All accounts are old and over level 200. There are a few more players who also stop playing after this HC. And this is a normal cycle in the game.
Let the administrators check if these accounts were fake. There is no reason to worry.
The fact that the question in this topic was asked misleadingly (all deleted accounts are over 200lvl, not "low-level") shows that the player who created it is a deliberate provocation and a false report.
It is clear to me and my team that we are under constant attacks and false reports because we are the top active team. Our main opponents take advantage of the fact that the support does not have a bulgarian-speaking member. Descriptions of the heroes are intentionally "translated" in a way that sounds offensive, racist or provocative in order to ban the reported accounts.
We are also aware of the fact that there are people in the Support team who deliberately ban accounts that have PROVEN not violate the rules of the game. Example - Description of the hero: "..Being circumcised is not a problem". Here is a ban imposed on this sentence. The whole story can be viewed in a support ticket. There are more examples. Not one or two.
Therefore, I think it would be right for anyone who deliberately allows himself to release a false report to be banned.
P.S. - Account trading is not allowed, is it? See if a player with the nickname Pitona (server bg5) has changed ownership of the account on August 17th. This can be proved very easily after checking the changed login details, as well as the different IP address before and after this date.
