Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone had a rough idea of how MAXIMUM damage is calculated for critical hits. Personally, I used to thnk it was just 2 x (strength + damage). But occasionally I've seen other heroes do more than that. Any thoughts?

Don't forget you can use missiles too which add to the total damage! ;-)

Yeah, damage was in the brackets. Even with that the number is higher than x2.

Keep in mind when you hover over your strength stat on your in-game profile page, it tells you your AVERAGE damage output. The actual amount of damage you do on each hit can be higher or lower than your average.

That's a good point. But then what do you think the maximum is? or is there a way to find the upper and lower limits of the damage?

I'm sure there is, but we would need to know the formula for damage output that's hidden in the code. But something tells me the devs wouldn't be willing to hand that out haha.
