Hello heroes,

 

This is a personal suggestion from me,

 

As you may know, flash player will no longer be available in December of 2020. 

 

I personally suggest that you begin to use HTML5 or the Windows version of the game, so you can get used to the differences. 

 

HTML5 version and Windows version might have some bugs that aren't fixed yet, and if you do find some, please report them to us, below this post would work perfectly. 

 

I believe it is a good idea to start using those versions now, in order to get used to some of the differences between them, their appearance, different features, etc.

I know where the HTML is Faith, but it has not been working since the last update depending on how you access the game. Half of my game play is from work and flash has already been disabled there. And I cannot use the windows version there either. So basically my game play has been cut in half since HTML is not working correctly. And since my game play has been cut in half my donut buying has been cut by 100%. Maybe the Devs will take notice to that???? Hahaha

In the HTML5 version the last floor of the hideout is always dark and glitching out for me. 

 

Also, coins do not have " , " seperating the numbers. - ( Seems to be only an issue on French server for me)

The HTML version need much more attention and work, my eyes start to hurt right after 10 minutes of me trying to play there not to mention full of bugs and mistakes personally I still play on flash and from time to time on mobile both very convenient also the windows version is just like a mobile simulator without possibility to use ads and you can't multitask( play on more than 1 server at same time) big down side for most of players of this game

I just tried logging in on US5 via HTML5, using Chrome.
It says my email address doesn't exist for that game.
Which is not true. I've been playing via Facebook Gameroom all along.
With that Email address. So, what gives?

When you were first starting out, did you have to type in character name, email and password or was it just character name? Because it might be just bound to your facebook account. To unbind it simply navigate to Settings in game (bottom right corner) and go to Account. There you should see button "Unbind Account" and you're gonna be asked to type in your email address and password. That way you are gonna be able to login on your mobile hero zero app, steam platform, hero zero app on windows and everywhere where hero zero is available.

In my opinion, the HTML version is slightly better when it comes to gameplay experience. With slightly less animations overall in game, you get a super smooth gameplay, smooth loading and everything just feels faster in general. On flash version i often get the long loading icon at the bottom left corner after completing a mission, duel or just simply grabbing attack robots from hideout. The image quality is sliiiightly worse, everything is kinda blurry after changing from flash to html, but in just a few minutes, you get used to it and you don't really notice it that much anymore.

 

As for the bugs, so far the only thing i really noticed is the black bar at the bottom of the hideout (which was already stated above) and when the reward in season pass is available it doesn't light up, just has a white circle around it but doesn't have animation (might just be due to my in game settings, disabled all animations, not sure). And yeah, also when you double click fast on some things a little window pops out saying "inspect | search" but that's i think normal for the HTML as it's built that way and is not stopping us from playing so imma just leave that on the side. Other than that, everything is perfect so far (as for the US1 server, not sure what the other ones look like).

 

Edit: The part about double clicking, it's search and COPY, not Search and Inspect, didn't double check that one, thought it was Inspect.

Yes, HTML version is beautiful. Gotta love those blurry faces, accidental crashes, not being able to see statistics of someone else compared to yours etc.

Ok. Just tried to get the app through Amazon Appstore for my Kindle Fire. It's not available there. So I can't play it on my tablet, like I was hoping.
Does anyone know when they might let Amazon have it available again?

Ok.
I finally Unbound my account and I'm playing the HTML5 version.
However - WHY does it log me out every time I leave the screen?
And I do mean EVERY time, even though I've unchecked "Auto Logoff" in Settings.

This is annoying that I have to sign in every 5 minutes. I didn't have this issue before.

Is there a fix for this?
