The new set of YouTube based Video adds that have started to appear today do not auto play, they are also 5-6 mins long making them as long or longer than the amount of time you are trying to skip....

What platform do you play on..personally havent had any problem today(on flash)

Edge using HTML But the adds stopped showing about 30mins to an hour after I posted and went back to showing that 30sec game site one, so they were probably disabled.

I had the same thing happen to me but i found if you waited around 30secs a skip ad comes up

The 5-6 min long Vienna 2020 adds are back again, still not auto-playing and are now also trying to force a pop-up! everytime. This is on Browser, not mobile.

I am on the flash version and today I am getting no video, just a black screen. I think only today so maybe it will be fixed tomorrow.

It has been going on for 3 days here now playing on a PC,no add at all just the black screen
i guess we won't refresh for leauge fights ,since i refuse to use 2 donuts

it seems problem is somewhere in air - I experienced that black screen instead of video ad several times in past, now it works ok for me

I am still having this problem. It is especially irksome in trying to extend training.
I have tried submitting a service ticket and it refuses to go through.
So that makes two problems I am reporting

Astral is on my team and he told me they are working on fixing the videos. They have had several report tickets on the problem.

I haven't been able to shorten my time on missions with anything but batteries for over 2 weeks, now.
Today I almost had a video, because the screen when bright blue, but nothing played.
Hopefully they can get this fixed soon. The main reason I need it is the shorten wait times between Special Mission failed battles.

I sincerely appreciate the change you made in the ads. The Big Bang Empire ads always play correctly so it's a welcome sight to see those ads playing. If I had any extra time to play an additional game, I'd immediately go and sign up for Big Bang Empire!!
