The event is still going on, ten hours remaining, have used 62 energy and have seen ZERO bags of garbage for my last stage of the event...

 

Not spending the donuts to finish, and very unhappy...

during events keep checking your mission list and whenever any item required for event collection appears, go for it (of course if you have enough energy) - if still nothing, then system bots do not like you now

I'm beginning to think there may have been a bug introduced in the last mini patch a day or so ago. 

 

I've had the 'find 4 critters' hero distress call and despite using ALL 300 energy, I haven't had a single one show up... not one... nothing... zippo.. nada... so am unable complete the 3 daily quests without paying money to do so. (Luckily for me, today it's just a useless item, but I'd be seriously miffed off if it was skill points that I couldn't get.)

 

EDIT: Just had my very last mission finish and guess what showed up in the new 3 missions for that zone... completely and utterly useless now... :/

A lot of bugs have been introduced. My training missions information was in GERMAN! ON AMERICAN server! No no no, no german here I said! Didn't understand a WORD!
