I ended up having to uninstall, then re-install, the app to finally get the ads to work.

Hello if you are still having issues please either contact support or as stated above uninstall/reinstall the app please. 
Aizen is the best

I'd recommend you to just contact the support team. Moderators on here just moderate forums, they don't know anything about what is being fixed, when and so on. Just ask someone from inside of Hero Zero Team, not forum moderators, they can't help you with any of this.

They are shutting down Flash, yes. We are gonna have to play on HTML5 version from that moment.

Thats one of the crucial problems this game has. We dont know anything about people working on this game, we dont know what are they doing, we dont know what are they planning or anything. The tuesday update was a good example of it. Many, many players had already refreshed their duty calls to get only XP for the tournament, and what happens in tuesday? Daily XP doesnt count to tournament anymore. We need less pop-up windows about absolutely awesome, stunning donut pack! and more pop-ups about what is happening outside the game to make players able to prepare for it. And they might also finally realize that they are here for us, not the other way around.

XP not counting towards tournament
thanks for the heads up BloreX I hadn't even noticed probably like a lot of people just rerolled hero distress calls to Xp and had not even checked it's now Sunday and just done the weekly XP tourney reset for me so much for me paying attention

Seriously, I would have a harder time dropping BBE where I have spent money. Not spent anything here and simply using it for notice of game changes that may come to BBE
