last ball is on sewing machine - just put item there to "whipstitch" and you see machine and ball

I have found all of the balls. Now the icon for the event is gone. I have received the first two rewards but not the sidekick. Is this normal? Should I contact support?

Nevermind. I got the little rascal. I need to be more patient.

The last ball is in the sewing machine. It is at the lower dial section of the image itself. 

 

Just in case, to get to the sewing machine, you must drag a clothing in the second hand shop to the icon to open that section.

just so you know it's not just you. i had to refresh 5 times before i could get him in inventory. there's probably something slightly twitchy with the code, so if you don't claim rewards in the correct sequence, you have to reset the procedure.

 

if anyone else has the same problem, don't contact support until you refresh (multiple times) and clear cache and delete temporary internet files.

 

i suppose that's always the best thing to do.
