You should include a screen print of the error message if possible. If for some reason, you are not allowed to attach a screen print, then you need to include the EXACT error message (word-for-word, letter-for-letter, number-for number)

I am not sure if I understand the user's problem completely. And even if I do understand, there may not be a work-around for this issue. But it would be good to know if there is.

 

From all appearances, it looks like an IP from Tehran is not recognized as valid. Apparently this problem (or a related problem) also prevents the user from submitting a Support Ticket. Please let the user know if this is a known issue and if there is a known way of dealing with it. Also, if any mod has any knowledge of Farsi and/or Persian, that would be fantastic!
