Workshop from hideout

I suggest that team bonus to be calculated according to numbers of players of that team in that moment.
Ex. now: a team with 30 players and let's say all players have lvl25 for workshop it will have also team bonus 115%.
But a team with 25 players (all with lvl 25) will have a team bonus lower than 115%.

I could see this being exploited by people making a new team, where they're the only person and getting max gear, then re-joining their main team. Maybe there is a different way to rework the bonus?

It is a lot of work trying to build and maintain a team with 30 players. The current system is a reward for all of the hard work that goes into such an accomplishment. The simplest solution is to recruit and encourage fellow team mates to become stronger. It is the foundation of Riff Raff and it has paid off for all of our members.
