I have an idea for the cons
I am of the understanding that they are randomly picked each week but it seems we get the same ones over and over
How about when one is picked it is taken out of the random chance till all have been picked then start over.
That will maintain the randomness of the events while making sure every event it done equally. This will give all players a chance to use it to their strengths
