It said the last day for the summer event was 6-19, so I went to submit my application and the topic was locked? Is there any way I can still participate?

The the information in the event post was unclear about when it would end, but at the suggestion of my team leader I have made a support ticket as he said that would be a better place to address my issue. Thank you for replying though. This is a great game that I have been enjoying for a year, but I am new to the forum.
