I like it but would add one suggestion
show the arrow for items that are better but not modified yet, in others words compare just the items, not the modified vs the unmodified.
It would be nice not to have to break out a calculator to figure it out

Can we get more information about new Heroism, what tasks are there in it?

Here's a thought about the new Villain multi-tasking.
Since the game now has that "toggle" icon for switching to the Villain battle, it would be possible to use that icon to display the date/time for the next Villain. I'm talking about doing the same type of "mouse-over" display that is done when the Villains are used for HeroCon or when Villains are one of the tasks for holiday-style events. This change would require making the Villain toggle icon visible all the time (not just during Villain battles) but that should be relatively simple.
In evaluating whether or not this is a good idea, one benefit comes to mind. This would be very useful when Villains are one of the weekly Hero Distress Calls.
Anyway, just a thought.
I would also like to cast a vote in favor of Amuk's suggestion because right now, the green arrow will only help with identifying better Mods. The currently used (Modified) equipment will almost always be better than newly acquired (Unmodified) equipment. Therefore Amuk's suggestion to compare just the items is 100% correct.

Villain multi-tasking
Great, but a few ideas.
Can the count down timer be time left on the attack instead of total villain time if you have an attack going. It's easy to miss since you aren't auto taken to the finished attack.
Some stickiness. Villain attack completes and we are taken back to the mission being done. Have to click on the villain again to make the next attack.
Same once you start an attack if you have a mission going. It's not leaving me on the villain. Have heard from several players that this has caused misuse of batteries and donuts meant for the villain to be used on a mission.
Otherwise it's great and like the option.
