Im unable to play the game and being stuck at the Unknown Error notice and when i try to click the refresh button it lead to the purpleish screen sayign that i need Kongregate account to log in even im alredy logged in on kongregate.

Nvm spooke too fast to that...i got that Unknown error bug again even after clearing cache and such.

Alredy sent a ticket via support or something if i spelled it right also is someoen from server 3 from kongregate...can someone there let know to Trinityfaith that my game stuck cuz not been able to get to the game since yesterdays around more or less 9pm?

The issue appears to be something that Playata needs to fix in their code.  There are a few other games experiencing it too.  There is a fix suggested in their forum at   https://www.kongrega...807219?page=1    It shows developers how to fix their code to stop the "not logged in" problem.  

 

If I ever get in again I'll unbind my Hero as quick as possible!!!

Perhaps try unbinding your account so you're no longer dependent on Kongregate and can log into the game directly. I did it a couple of years ago and it was very easy. Just follow the instructions in this thread:

I am locked out of Hero c/o the endless loop of "unknown error" followed by the game telling me I need to log in, despite being logged in.  I realize this has been reported by others, but nothing seems to be happening to fix the problem.  My partner is experiencing the same issue. 

 

This time the glitch showed up right after I had completed the last task of the event, but before I collected the goodies.  I have been locked out all day and will now not be able to finish the event.  This kind of makes me wonder why I bother.

When i had the problem logging in when nutaku stopped supporting Herozero i sent my team leader a message using the message service here you can find it at the top of the screen near your name just click on letter chose who you want to send to but of course they will only see it if they come in the forum I hope this helps you,
