Hello, I’ve done my research on this website of past issues of people moving platforms. So far I’ve learned that if you unbind your account, you then connect your account to an email which you can sign in on another platform. I also read that if you play on steam and unbind your account, there’s a risk to losing your account completely and that Hero zero support can’t help you. But I can’t contact steam with this issue there’s no option. They just have “steam cannot help you with an issue from a game that they didn’t create”. Has anyone unbound their steam account and put it on their phone with no issues?? I’m scared to try but it would mean The game would be more accessible as opposed to having to use my laptop.

Hello this may not help but I had mine bound to facebook and unbound due to issues with facebook at times. I can still play it on facebook but if theirs an issue I can go to the main site.
