After the update is immposible for me to open hero disstres call and game freezes so i have to close the window the problem happens just here on us server on uk2 i have no problem like that

us3 and same problem - seems it has something to do with flash (when refreshing, I get message like "shockwave flash not responding")

Using Microsoft Edge and when I attempt to open the Hero Distress Call window, game completely freezes and it sounds like my Computer is attempting to turn into a Jet engine >< not good

Same problem here on US3. And a lot of teammates as well.
Tried updating Flashplayer, doesn't help.
One teammate found out that clicking on the " orange 5" (right bottom corner of your screen)- Changes the game from HTML to Flash. Then the Hero Distress Calls can be opened but with me it caused other problems (workshop not working properly, team chat disappearing..)

If you have access to a computer, login on there and open it to refresh to the new missions. It will then work on mobile app. It worked for me.

I had the issue when I got on this morning. Report it to support they will fix it for you.

Support asked me to switch with HTML 5...
Well I can't say it is not working, but there is a problem switching, I got some black screen, some animation has disappeared.
And the mobile version is still not fixed. Every time I open the "Hero Distress Call" on mobile the game just crash.

Update :
Everything works fine now with the Flash Version and the Mobile Version.
