Is there any chance of a new English or American server popping up anytime soon? I want to try to get back into this game but don't want to start off in a server where everyone is already 100x my size, but all the newer servers are in other languages that I don't speak. Hasn't been a new English speaking server at least since I started playing over a year ago.

It took me a little over a year to get into the top 30 highest leveled on US3, I would not say catching up is especially difficult with consistent playing and a good team... though I suppose I do play quite a bit more extreme given the casual nature of this game.

Haha, yeah, that is a problem 
. My solution 
: force all players with multiple accounts give up their weak characters (level, skillpoints). Refund donuts 
. Exceptions may be made if a good reason for choosing a weak character over the strong is provided 
. Multiple accounts are deleted upon merge 
.
Drastic measures are needed to tackle the increasing inactivity, especially on US1..
