have to use the puffin browser. download it and activate the desktop settings.

You can use pencil & paper to write down the code, then type it into the coupon code when in game.

I can't even login on mobile phone. It says my name and password is incorrect and I know very well it is correct. I have never been able to login to mobile with 5 different servers

check under settings to see if your account is bound. That would prevent you from being able to sign on
