I have tried to use video to half time of mission & also to change fight options in league, i get the same ad for leap frog childs computer that just frezzes at the start of ad

If you get ads that freeze at the beginning, clicking it once, then going back into the Hero Zero tab and clicking it for a second time will get it to begin the video. Just a tip until they might fix it sometime.

My stopped working on mobile since the last update. They worked fine until that time. Now I get the ad, watch it all but it doesn't update anything, doesn't shorten time. I can go immediately on the computer and it will work. Unfortunately I play on my phone 90% of the day.
