So I just noticed today that if I don't like the three possible upgrades offered by the Workshop that it's not letting me refresh the offer. When I hit the refresh button, the game just blinks and stays the same. Doesn't use up my free refresh for the day, but doesn't give me a different set of three options either. The option to change the piece of equipment being upgraded still works fine, it's just the actual upgrade options that can't be altered. Further investigation finds that the Exchange room won't let me refresh the offering there either.

 

I've gone ahead and entered a ticket with support, but was wondering if anyone else had the same problem

Yes it is happening to me, i have now had 2 different attempts at changing option, still not working today

Yeah, whatever the problem was went away as soon as the server rolled-over to the new day
