So when a Hideout attack is successful, you get to loot any uncollected Zeronite and Superglue. What about the Coins generated by the Hideout Base though? I think the uncollected Coins should be added to the loot for successful attacks. It would make more sense and I doubt it would upset the game balance at all.

I beg to differ on the game balance issue.  My hideout base has been plundered 46 times in the past 2 weeks.  If, conservatively, every fifth attack takes 1/3 of my total coin production while I'm offline for a few hours, that's 25,000 coins stolen 9 times, or 225,000 coins.  If I had been able to spend those coins, I could have bought 8 skill points in my current condition.  For me, that's a significant loss.

I don't mind having the Zeronite and Superglue stolen from me.  I rarely use them anyway.  But the coin loss would take a toll on my upgrading ability.

I vote no on allowing coin plundering.

If you "rarely use" your Zeronite and Superglue, that means you aren't really utilizing your Base as anything but a coin-generating machine. If you aren't willing to build up your defense robots and defense post then I'd say you're just the sort of player that deserves to have their coins looted.

I say that I rarely use my Zeronite and Superglue, because I'm trying to upgrade my Brokerage Center and Work Robot Improvement Unit so that I can afford the coin expense to dig more room expansions in a timely fashion, so I can build a defense post and defense robot factory.  Basically any room that I've built and upgraded so far, except the Hideout Base, does not require large amounts of those 2 resources to upgrade.  They do require a rather large amount of coins and time.

I also have only been playing this game for 2-3 months, not the years that you have.  I haven't had the time that you had to build and almost fully upgrade every room.  My Hideout is nowhere near the advanced level that yours is.  I've chosen to first build the rooms that strengthen my character before I build my defenses since if I get plundered I don't lose anything too valuable right now.

I think the developers are interested in expanding the player base and encouraging player retention.  If every new player gets repeatedly plundered and loses valuable coins that they need to upgrade and get stronger, they would get discouraged.  I know I would.  I've left several other games when unbalanced plundering occurs by players too powerful for new players to defend against.  When a game is no longer fun due to unbalanced pvp, people quit.  Thankfully, this game does not have a pvp system that punishes players too much.

Hi !  :)

I don't think this idea could work.

A high level player could steal millions and millions gold by day to other players, using the 10 minutes refresh non-stop, you just break the game :)

Every 8 hours your gold is full, an active players can just kill any resistance and improve in a significant way his stats.

Just by wanting more things to steal you will probably get many players pissed off getting powned over and over again.

when you get the chance, or when your hideout base is at a high enough level, i suggest putting in a brokerage center and leveling it up as soon as possible, it only has 10 levels and when you get it to the highest level it eliminates the need to use coins to level up anything.  :) i agree that we should not be penalized coins, but if you can eliminate having to use them at all to level up and build rooms in the hideout, you might as well utilize the option  ;) happy game play.  (wave)

Well, you can't find easy opponents every time, so simple attrition of attack bots would limit how much coin players could make before they had to take breaks to wait for more attack bots to be built. And these theoretical high-level coin farmers would also be losing coin themselves to other players who attack them, so it would be somewhat self-balancing
