[Trallux]

Hello, my Character name is Trallux, I downloaded the game on the phone and saw I can also play it on the PC.  I tried to put in my information but it says its wrong.  I then checked my phone and account setting the only options are unbind account, delete account, and revoke account.  I just want to keep my character and play him on the PC as well when im at my desk.  I cant find  any of the info i need says im using the wrong email but i honestly dont remember putting in an email when i downloaded the game please help.

Check server where you want to login. Maybe is different from your phone.

you have to unbind your account first.

 

That allows you to associate an email address to your account. You will get a confirmation email that will be associated with your character. 

 

Once you do that, you can go to any HeroZero supported website or platform. Just put in your email and password and play your character.  This is for PC, tablets, phones.. and any HeroZero website. 

 

You have to make sure you are on the right server when you do this too. If you are on US3 make sure you log in to US3. After you log in first time, I recommend using the "keep me logged in" check up. That way each time you use that device it is automatic.
