As a team leader, it's very useful to get the notification saying "Fantastic, xxx is now a member in your hero team" when someone joins up. But for the past couple of weeks or so the only way I'm finding out about new people is if they post in the team chat or if I happen to notice a new name in the roster. 

 

Is there a switch that got turned off somewhere to notify the team leader of new members? If so, how do I turn it back on?

All right, I went fishing around all the settings and I finally found a new setting now for notifications in the team settings (I'd been looking in my game settings). A notification used to be automatic. It would have been nice to get a heads up that there was a new setting and the default was to have it off.
