It is not a beginner game, made by 2 students from their own garage. It is neither a game in alpha or beta stage. So, NO, do not expect developers talk to you directly. At this stage, company makes enough money to have a department that deals directly with customers.
PS: I mean, be serious for a second. If the company is small and you want to get hired, you talk directly to the owner. But try that in the medium or big company --- they have human resources department to deal with hiring.

That's understandable. But wise are the leaders and owners of business or company no matter small or big to know how their customers feel. HR usually reports matters to customers and back to the leaders usually in a timely fashion. And usually there comes about a resolution or mediation.

You have to know this game is bleeding out...? Do you want the game to die or survive? I don't complain I can. I complain for general concern the players and the game itself. I've invested a lot of time probably 5 years this game. I want it to survive. Us2 is down to 200ish active players... getting pretty critical for the developers to decide to cut us2 server for to lack of activity or try to fix it... But in order to fix it they need see what is wrong... Or what will bring in maintain players.

...How often have you sat down with CEO of the company you work for?...

All I am trying to say is that Devs ... Ok do you see Developers of the game? The process of developing/creating the game, programing it? It takes one person or 20?

C'mon guys! sheesh.

Of course they care, but this is just one forum and there are more than one, at least, three more that I am aware of. UK, Greece, Germany.

How do you think this process works?

3 mistakes in one sentence. Not even sure I got them right from the third time :)

by the way, they did listen and reacted, thus nerfing, Honor. I mean, you still get achievements... But there was quite a few complaints here on the subject. Constructive, but mostly bitching, as far as I remember... My question is, how their logic worked out creating FightClub? Whats the purpose, if honor isn't much to be used for?

same with Exchange room --- I am sure, when people considered it, they didn't expect such small amounts...

Lots of times often with wine/beers etc. And when I visit his home abroad he even cooks for me.

But that is NOT the point. Give some feedback to the players. Maybe indirectly when a mod has supposedly sent thru suggestions.

The point is: many players are leaving. You need active players to have competition/a game.

You have a Suggestions Forum. LISTEN to the players.

I like the game, that's why I leave my suggestions. Because some parts of the game make NO sense.

Duels for examples. Why have them apart from distress calls? Make a competition (with competition/prizes for several levels NOT only the top players.

League fights: why only for the happy few? Split them up in divisions. So not only the top players can win something.

Items to be found: most of the times only used to sell. Because they are worthless most of the times. Even the donut items in the shop!

Leveling up: too little to gain for lots of hard work.

Etc.

As i stated it is addressing the issues of what is going on to the game. You didn't address the players leaving in droves. The devs can sit in silence and watch the servers die... With not a peep. As I stated before hey can do whatever the hell they want. But it doesn't fix the issues.

I worked for Comcast. Ralph Roberts would visit many of the facilities and made himself visible for all. Love or hate Comcast he was a great man and leader at the company. He looked his job and the employees.
I got to meet him once. We dedicated every Thursdays to wear bowties in his honor when he passed 2 years ago almost 3. Anyway I am no longer with Comcast. In new job for a company that I worked for in the past. And the CEO is fantastic. The old owner/CEO she was fantastic too. Always readily available within reason if we have questions or concerns.
