An announced villain means many people make schedule to catch him and programmers sent a 3million hp villain who die in 1minute.
Are you serious?

this is total BS, 2 villains for event to date. Both you may be lucky to get in 1 hit if it loads. They are also putting them in higher level zones so the little players can't hit them. How is this fair? And unless you get 1st place, no one gets training and energy from them.

Another one this was longer 1minute and 30seconds.
Was that on US2? On US3 we had one at 10 mil, lasted the same amount of time. Technically not even a hit without bats, ads, or donuts.

They need to override the algorithm that determines villain strength for these. I think the problem is that it determines the strength based on the number of players online in the period prior to the villain, but during this HeroCon you've got a bunch of folks that just pop on a couple minutes before the villain thereby messing up those figures.

Today's Villain on US 3 went down in 7 minutes. The winning Hero got in 104 attacks. How is that even possible?

Well, I tried to use a remote control to hit it, and couldn't. This is 3 times I've made sure to be online, and I have zero hits so far this Herocon.
10 Million health
79 Total Attacks
Most attacks was 14 - in about 2 minutes.
It's clearly time to make a "Spend Money for Donuts" Herocon task.

Villain times changed!?????
Yesterday before the update it said next villain: Tomorrow at 2:00 PM, 03/05/2018 at 6:00 PM. I booked my appointments around those times. Today after the update: Tomorrow 2:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Why would you set up the times in advance and then change them. Total BS. These are planned, they should remain as is. This week, all but 1 villain has not been within the wee hours of the US. 1AM, 3 AM, 4 AM. There has only been 1 in the actual day time of North America. You put these villains in areas that lower level players can not do. How do you call this "a team participation event".

They need to fire the person responsible for the villains for this HeroCon. Basically there are 3 things that matter, and here's how they are doing at their job, using a typical numeric scale for job evaluation from 1-5:
1. Scheduling the villains at various times so all players have a chance to hit.
Grade: 1
2. Posting the correct times, or if you prefer, not changing the times once posted.
Grade 0
3. Making sure that the villains last long enough for decent participation.
Grade 0
Sometimes you are so bad at what you are supposed to do, that you manage to be below the normally accepted minimum.

To be completely fair this last villain was better, comparatively speaking. It lasted about 15 minutes, which is as long as the last 6 or so villains combined.I revise my grade in section 3 above up to a 1 from a 0.
This means the average score ona 1-5 scale is up to 0.67, which is still below the theoretical minimum.
Stuff like this drives players away.
