Speed servers are available on GR,PL and DE.

I see, then maybe they will change the possibility to get the pet rewards in other ways, available for us.

I don't know for sure all detalis but from what I read all missions, trainings and so on can be done in few seconds. The part I am interested is some rewards that I saw. Check pet list with Bruce and Puffy, both are only from speed server.
