This is the 2nd time this has happened, I click on the current box, it tells me to log in I log in again and get the same results, any help?

Refresh your internet page.

sometimes you are outside of the "15 hours window" which is YOUR ( not the server's ) time zone's 9 AM to YOUR midnight, so someone from Australia will have  from the "previous day of server" till their early Morning of current server day to get the box opened and for someone in Hawaii having basically forced to open the boxes of "tomorrow in Asia server ( on the 20th of December the person in hawaii only option is to open the box of the 21st, the one for 20th is already too late  )

If refreshing doesnt work try using a different browser. Otherwise I suggest bringing that to the attention of support.
