When you get an item from the Christmas Advent and you want to hold onto it in your vouchers, is there an expiration date or can it sit there until I'm ready to use it?

I'm not really sure but i think they were valid until 1/1 previous years, so i would assume it is the same this year.

Hello,

In the top left corner along with the volume adjust tool there is a question mark tool that you can press and it will show you the instructions which were already shown to you the first time you opened the calendar.

as far as I know

 

last day to redeem is 31st ( for you might be 1/1 because of time zone )

only 2 redeems per day ( if you have 3 or more the 31st, can only do 2 and than see who you give as a gift to )

looks like is open per each date from YOUR 9 AM till YOUR midnight the ability to open the box, if you try AFTER YOUR midnight than you lost it

What about if you've used a voucher and it sent you a message with an item attached? If you leave those in your inbox will they stay until you claim them or do they need to be claimed by a certain date too?

I have a voucher from 1.december that not work. On 1st dec i press on box, got the code but I didn't use it until today when i try to .. I can't use it anymore..there is a error message. I wrote a ticket but no answer yet.
I have also 2 vouchers from 9 and 10 December and I did the same thing with them and all was ok.

So yesterday I used 3 vouchers. 1st was daily one 11dec. Then I tried 1st dec voucher - not work. My 3rd attempt was 9dec voucher-- all ok. And the 4th attempt 10dec voucher works too.
