issue about "new version available popup"

once in one of my toons ( one at US1 )  and twice in another one ( at US3 )

 

the popup that says "new version available"

 

"your version is outdated, click reload to get new version" shows up

 

and I could report it, but they can't do nothing for me individually AFTER THE FACT, support will probably just do the "classic"  "make sure you have cleared the cookie cache" statement

 

they should try to see if there is something they need to plug

some browsers no longer support the flash anymore, or are very slow like Firefox ... I think HZ should be changed to an new engine that is supported by any browser, or will be obsolete

I had the same popup a couple of times today, even got the screen with the scientist holding an unplugged cable saying that the game was updating. I've heard from other players that the new HeroCon hasn't come up at the appointed time on the european and asian servers, so maybe they've been hacked somehow
