So the game crashes and is offline for over 5 hours. 24 hours from the time it crashed there has been no word from Admins or Playata at all in regards to what happened, an apology, something, anything. How is this customer service and how does this reflect the company itself.

and earlier I did say it was almost certain a DDOS attack
but too many teams suffered because they could not set up properly for the fights or lost precius time and depending if they have jobs or school, were not able to use all energy that day
was only around 5 hours, so sadly we can't expect a big "makeup gift" but at minimum we should get 15 skill points and either one epic item or a pet to makeup for it
