I'm playing the Steam version, from Canada -- the prices only show in Pounds, but even when I click 'Buy' for a package of donuts, a spin icon appears and disappears and nothing happens. I've even turned off all firewalls and security (just for the purchase) and no difference, so that wasn't the issue.
I've sent in a ticket [including a video recording showing what's happening], and got multiple replies that they're transferring the issue to multiple different departments for an answer, but it's been almost 2 months and still no further feedback.
Someone suggested I log onto their site to buy it through there, but when trying to login it says my email [same I use for Steam and the game] is not registered on their system [so the Steam account from the game can't be used].
I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem trying to purchase donut packs from the game store on the Steam version of Hero Zero?
