This concerns my character on us1 which is Cole and the team is Universal Supersavers. I have deleted the system message after reading it and then it came back. I deleted it again and now it's gone but the system still says I have a "system message." The red exclamation point doesn't go away even though there are no messages anymore, anywhere. I have reloaded the game and even logged out and back in again but it does not fix the problem. I can no longer see anything other than "1 new message" on my browser tab which is very annoying and this keeps me from being able to know what else is going on time wise with the game. Please fix this ASAP! Thanks.

who cares if anyone "leaves a group conversation"?

 

they keep putting message up when that happens

 

 

out of the blue I got up a message from 4 months ago just because 1 person "left conversation", something that was already dealt with

 

and any mesages one deletes or leaves, but someone replies or they delete it or leave themselves afterwards.............. it comes back

 

if they can't fix that, they should have never implemented this new system, is becoming the mother lode of headaches

 

and as I said, I can't view anymore the things I wrote in team mail as there is no more inbox and out box

I just wrote an in-game message to centella who made the above post and the message would not let me put anything in the "Title" field. What's up with that? Looks like another problem with the message system that needs addressing/fixing. Figured I'd just add it here instead of making a whole new post about this.

Yes, the are no subjects anymore. It is like a messenger and a normal messenger doesn't has subjects, either.

Okay, per the advice from LevelHunter, I have sent a ticket to support about this issue. Thanks for the response and all.

I've also noticed that apart from the above issues already mentioned with the new message system, if you are on another hero's page and choose the "message xxx" button, it takes you to the message centre but it no longer creates a new message with the recipient's name already filled in. It used to do this with the old system. Now you have to click "new message" and the recipient field is blank (and you can't enter anything in the title, as mentioned above). Some people have names that are tricky to spell out correctly - having that field fill in automatically when choosing to message them from their hero page was much easier.

There are tabs on the right-hand side now that break messages out into categories. System messages, conversations, vouchers, battery requests, and ignored players. Your message is probably on the Vouchers tab. 

 

(It took me a while to find these, too.)

Dunno then. I've found my vouchers in there. I guess a ticket is the next step.

if you "reply to team",  the Red 1 disappears for a little while but eventually gets back

 

and in my us1 account as I erased all mail by mistake a few weeks back, when i replied to sender it went to as a cue ( red 1 in conversation )

 

I got back all messages with that person back "as a conversation" when I wrote a "new message to that person" but when I went back to a group conversation I was participating in, there was no way to get back to that individual conversation as it was not on the left side, only the group conversation

if it is only 1 person, you supposedly can click the "2 word balloons" at the bottom of "member's profile" right below the part where you can check or uncheck "friend list"

 

"check hideout" "check achievements" clipboard , "write message" word balloons, "check member's team" Z shield

 

it would either start a new one with its name added ( if its name is not on the left side of conversations page )  or automatically go to the conversation thread ( if its name IS on the left side )

 

the hard part is adding people to a group message

wow, you mean that if you "clicked" JackStrong ( who you already talked to ) instead you get "VileAngel"?

 

and is jackStrong on your left list? maybe that is the issue?  but if it is that, that he is not on the left............. supposedly you "start a new conversation" ( but gets added to the already set conversation that got lost )

 

I tested it

 

I was "reading convo with "P" and than looked at profile of "V" ( who never wrote before ) and clicked the start a convo

 

went straight to the convo of P instead of start a new one, but when I was checking the Z files ( Team mail, and HZ mail ) than went to profile of "V" and clicked start convo, I got a new message window with name of "V" but just before that tried the filter with "V" name

 

when I  went back to "P" than checked a profile of menber "C" ( who I knew we had convos before and his profile of messages convo was on the left ) and clicked "start a convo", this time I went to convo with C  instead of taking me to convo with P with no issue

 

IF the person you want is on the "left side list", let's say with Me

 

in the filter you can start typing "Cent", you should get on the left only the conversation you had with centella or maybe also a conversation with someone else about the subject of the video game centipede, but it makes it easier to find me

 

try to do it again, but this time with your last entry at mail in the Z file instead of conversation files

 

 

or maybe it seems there is a trick for conversation with someone for first time ever as I realized I filtered "V" name

 

let's say that you want to talk to kusjeaiméex for first time but you have difficulty doing his exact name  but you know it starts with kusj

 

you can put in conversation filter "kusj"  than close it, go to kusjeaiméex and click start conversation, because of the filter

instead of going to the last conversation you were checking that is not kusjeaiméex, you will get the "start a new conversation window, with kusjeaiméex name already there
