I've just realized this and it seems weird, Never have I ever seen a villain on a tuesday in this game, there is one everyday of the week but never one on a tuesday, why does this happen ?

My guess is that it's like casual Friday, except it's more like No Villain Tuesday. 
besides the villains need time off to rob their banks and so fourth, because villains don't just live on bread alone

Of course there is no villain on Tuesday because of maintenance, but as we all know, the maintenance usually only takes 2-3 hours.
So I don't really understand it, too. Maybe because they have to look after the grandma?
