it shouldnt bother ppl who have managed to come all the way to the forum...

but for most kongregate players the integration problem can be confusing
and provides a stumbling block we can lose players on

(on loading, the game window shows a herozero welcome screen with login options or hero creation setup)

i remember when i first encounntered it,i thought my hero was lost and i had to start over!

refreshing the page however, always takes you to your account as it should in the first place

i hope this kong integration issue is high on your list. we all need players on the us server!

The devs really need to fix that. I bet there's been a lot of rage quitting.

This sometimes happens to me as well. Its can easiyl be sorted by simply , refreashing the page.... lol

Much better now. crash returns you reliable to the "this game requires an account screen"

you could simply ask your graphics ppl to add the line " if you've already created a hero account, pls refresh this page" or something like that,
