Some people in the games sends messages with abusive language.

I am sure that most of the people play this game with high spirit. But some people act really badly.
I have replied to them nicely but these people doesn't to know talk without abusing someone.
I usually put them in my ignore list. But you ignore one and someone else pops up few days later.

These people will never stop. The will keep abusing other players they come across.
People like them must be warned.
What is the proper way to contact the administrators or moderators to complain about these people?

well you just need to start a ticket .. you just click that srew at bottom right corner click support then you need to click "open new ticket" and just fill out a form what is gived to you to fill ... be sure that you select on ""help topic" this title "i was insulted by another player" and thats abaut it ofcorse you should take a screenshot that would be helpfull much more to the team i hope i helped you a bit

If we all done that, Hero Zero would be a much better coumminty.
