Good morning,

 

I have entered a team with condition to donate donuts. I have donate 2000 donuts and the leader said me to donate more to upgrade me on the team so i have donate 3700 donuts more. When I log out the leader have kicked me from the team... Is it normal? Can i do something about this?

not sure if you can do anything about it...but it sounds to me like you got scammed...I suggest you report the player to the game monitors and see what they can do for you

That's not normal, you've been used essentially. I would notify support to see if they can do something about that. 

 

What was the name of the team?

Ehh don't waste your time same thing happened to me however staff appointed a new leader who then kicked my whole team out and is now known as "Team Anonymous". They deny involvement but logically if I didn't appoint a new one and my account hadn't been accessed by anyone else then it only leaves the option of a manual change(which staff have been known to do if users complain about inactive leaders). 

 

They'll just say something like "It is not possible to refund any value - the donuts have been spent, you gave them to the team freely."

 

My best advice is don't buy any donuts.

Well then staff is wrong coz thats lieing and abusing actually its like you give someone 5700 dollars to get you ice-cream and he eat it thats just wrong  -.- ! if someone do that its not fair that staff cant do anything abaut it

Shoh well that is definitely wrong... and I think any team that does that should be named and shamed to warn the rest of the HZ players out there... 

 

Ultimately it is up to us to also be responsible, don't just donate huge amounts of donuts or coins to a team cause they say so... A team is meant to be a group of people that work together to build and grow that team... so rather join a team that gives you the choice of whether or not to donate... I definitely wouldn't join a team that told me I HAD to donate x amount of donuts or coins...

Yeah there was also a lack on your part. I say you should start by only donating a little at a time. You should contact support and at most what they would be able to do is ban the player but then after that, there is no way for them to actually refund you and you have to understand that. Only donate a few donuts at a time to a team and only one that you work and trust. Start mostly with coins and see how they are, then move to donuts etc.

 

I'm sorry that happen, hopefully staff will be able to ban them.

 

but the only thing is that you donating a large amount of donuts seems a little odd. Naming the team that you donated too can help too.

No, its not normal! I donated no donuts to my team but I donated 25,000 coins and I`m  Team Advisor now! Don`t donate something that you have to pay for like donuts and especially not that much but however there isn't really much you could do... You could contact the server but you would get your money or donuts back...

Honestly I hope this is a troll cause sounds like you bought quite a bit and just donated like crazy. Sorry for your loss but like cannon said very unlikely to get anything back. Next time donate over a large period of time, and not very many at a time if you are going to at all. Good luck to you and better luck with the next team I would tell you to avoid donating to a team until you really are comfortable with them. Any team that says you have to donate is a team to avoid as well. coins not so big a deal but donuts then your likely to hit scammers more often.
