Admins  i have a problem ,i wanna buy donuts whit credit card visa electron but i cant i take and error all the time,

I have been using FB credits to buy donuts for the last month...today I try to go to the purchase screen and the moment I click the tab, it pops up with an unknown error and forces me to reload the game...any suggestions??
