After the latest Update on 26/2, I believe there was an intentional change made to the Ranking List,

 

Whenever you close the ranking list and reopen it, it will refresh and go to your hero's ranking.

 

I believe its not a very user-friendly update, as for players who uses the ranking list to search for opponents to duel, this auto-refresh-zoom-back-to-own-hero-ranking update has became a hassle instead.

 

The Ranking List is also being used to seek out potential members to recruit. And with the ranking list being refreshed back to your own name everytime you re-enter the ranking list, it has made this process a lot more troublesome because you have to scroll all the way back down every single time you re enter the ranking list.

 

Therefore I suggest that the ranking list be reverted back to the old format.

 

And also, Players face these dueling problems in the ranking list because most of them use the Ranking List to Duel instead of using the Duels page to duel.

 

Therefore I believe we should revamp the Duel List as well.

Improving/Changing Duel List

 

 

Current: Duel List shows a spectrum of players at different honor ratings (10 Players in total)

 

Change: Duel List now shows 5 immediate players above you in Honor rank,

5 immediate players under you in Honor rank (This will be the default page)

**If you are Rank 3 in Honor, you will be able to see Rank 1 & 2 above you, and Rank 4-11 below you.

 

 

Current: Limited to only 10 Players on list. Refreshes every time after a duel.

 

Change: Able to Scroll up and down like in the ranking page, duel list will stay on the last viewed/attacked player, similar to how the old ranking page works

 

 

Current: No filters to filter out certain criteria

 

Change: Able to apply filters in Duel list, such as "Dont show team members"

*Since its a Duel list, by default, players whom you have attacked 3 times will not appear in the list.

Indeed, especially as there is no option to filter out team members in the duel list, thus forcing us to use the rankings for dueling.

I agree, it's very irritating and means I have to keep scrolling down or searching the names of my duel targets. Please change it back to the way it was.

 

You could add another "Go to myself" button if you want people to be able to find themselves in the ranking list more easily. But please don't have it go back to your hero every time you open the ranking list, it's awful

I say do away with PVP completely, It does not make sense for hero's to be fighting each other.

This change is not only a hassle for dueling, it also makes searching for unaligned players for team recruiting all but impossible.

That would be a good idea to make different filters : "dont show team members" and "dont show players i've already attacked 3 times"

And as suggestion you can also eliminate the "Duels" screen and add all the functions mentioned in this thread to "Ranking list"

Annoying as hell, not to mention if you play via mobile it would take forever to duel...

High level and honor ranked players know mostly their opponents to duel by name and it's still a hassle, can't imagine how it must be for the *new* players  when they try to explore the list and try to find opponents in the begining...
