If you don't like the content of the game don't play it. (In my opinion, a mere mention of a flasher does not automatically make it an adult game...)

There is an option to report a user if you open up the gear on the bottom right of your Hero Zero screen and click on Support, then choose to open a new support ticket. The "I want to report another player" option is available in the drop down menu. You will need to describe what the player has done and possibly attach a screenshot of the mail as proof.

I advise you to only open links in mails from players that you trust.

Hello Wednesdayy,

we're really sorry that you face these situations in-game. Unfortunately, it's not technically possible to filter the messages our players send through our system in order to avoid such constraints.

However, you can report every time a player sends you inappropriate messages, so we can analyse the situation. The procedure, as mogiks correctly said, is to open a support ticket with an attached screenshot of the message you received. This way, we can make sure everyone follows the game rules and Hero Zero stays enjoyable for everyone, as it's supposed to be.

Best wishes,

I think Wednesdayy may be confused as this game Isn't owned by habbo they just run on an existing server.

About 4 months ago habbo was muted world wide with no communication for about a month because of habbo being labeled as a 'pedophiles Haven'.

http://www.channel4....-in-habbo-hotel

Many investors pulled out of habbo because of the bad name it was given and refused to ever go back and invest in the future.

Unfortunately, it's not technically possible to filter the messages our players send through our system in order to avoid such constraints.

It wont take long before habbo pulls out because of users like Wednesdayy described and I'm sure they will ensure herozero will perish much like they did. Habbo lost more than 50% of its worldwide users somehow I don't think herozero could survive if such events happened.

Habbos biggest fail was making people have to report a user for anything to be done, instead of it being done instantly like it has been changed to now.

Yes, Exactly!

"The Big Mute"
I don't understand why Habbo takes on things it can't handle..
Their CEO even stepped down recently..

I just hate the fact that it's considered a "childrens" game, then this sort of stupidity happens, and the rest have to pay for it.

It is possible, by the way, to impliment a filter with messages.
Anything with www. should be filtered, no reason for it to allow links.

I just don't want this to happen to some kid, who's parents have a fat wallet and a lot of time on their hands and this goes down like old Habbo did.

Thanks though for telling me how to report, you'd think it'd be a tad more obvious but it'll do.

Exactly right users shouldn't have to be told/educated how to make a report. It should be so blatantly obvious that if an event occurs they can ignore and report the users instantly.
