You can't give coins to to other players. But you could probably do it just by letting them beat you in duels or league fights.
But donuts you can donate by clicking on the present they show on the "Buy Donuts" section.
They will send you an email for a code. You can then send that code to whomever you want. They just have to copy and paste in the coupon area.

You can currently donate coins and purchased donuts by going to the team tab and clicking on the '+' sign by the donuts and coins team funds...
