Seriously... that makes no sense.  How are we supposed to know what is happening?  We were all awaiting some sort of official reply on the matter and instead the entire thread just gets swept under the rug like the issue never happened.  I still stand on what I said earlier.  Remedy this issue and rollback/remove those illegitimate skill pt gains or should I just delete myself now and look for another game where legitimate players aren't screwed over?

I'm assuming the mods dont want people to think they any problems so there keeping it hush hush. But you guys (mods) dont seem to understand are just making it worse by deleting these posts.

When you see a player that has played 3 days spent 0 donuts and has over 1700 on all stat points, you know you have a problem. But what do we do???

Getting tired of that crap
why having a forum when important problems get deleted withno answer
I think we all deserve an answer but no its easier to delete the post and act like it never happened
to bad we all are aware of it
next step might be to contact playata since nothing gets done here
this forum is a joke
mods are quick in deleting and banning people for posts but cheaters are welcome to keep playing

Just curious how many players have u seen, like low lv high stats or weak lv 200+ sudden gained massive boost in stats?

And have you guys reported it yet? If yes and action not taken then I will not bother to report.

But if none of you report yet, feel free to post here (pic) or pm me with ss of players, I will one shot report all of them.

I understand the matter is being dealt with, but ya I still see them happily login in cheating.

That's why wondering if we can report them first?

Orogon I appreciate your concerns but like I said the matter is being dealt with ,if everyone was to report everyone they see who exploited the glitch then it would only slow things down as support could end up receiving hundreds of tickets regarding the exact same people and be spending their time dealing with these tickets instead of what ever needs to be done to make sure nobody keeps any benefits from glitch/exploit.

 

Please appreciate that it is not as simple as clicking one button and removing all ill gotten gains from all players instantly , so it may be some time before you notice the skills removed from players you have spotted. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.

I'm really glad that we finally recieved a response that this issue is being taken care of. We understand it will take a little time we just wanted to know that something was being done. But there is one other problem that i have seen, there are some of these "juiced up" players in some of the top honor tournament positions and depending on how long this takes to fix could win many donuts that are not

 justly won

Elboboo I'm glad to have been able to provide you with a response ,its why I do this job , in regards to people winning donuts that were ill gotten the team are also making sure that does not happen , and all benefits gained will be justly fixed to their proper status, so nobody will benefit from this error. Unfortunately I am unable to provide exact details of how and when it will 100% done due to this being a very unexpected problem but rest assured it is getting done.

I've noticed that the boosted stats of certain players have been reverted.  Nice job, I didn't expect you guys to deal with it so fast.  Well done!  My faith has been restored.  I've included a screenie of before and after for comparison.  Both guys were booted by me of course.

Hi dear HZ community,

 

As you know we experienced two glitches in a row regarding the voucher code. First there was a problem redeeming it. It didn't work and you got logged out or got stuck in endless "reload" -loops. Now, as to why that one thread was hidden - that is irrelevant at this point, however we understand why you started this one after seeing that happen. 

 

As our Senior moderator npe said several times, this should've been clear already. There should be no need to for me to intervene like this at this or any point.

 

My message to you is clear and simple; All stats, donuts, tournament ranks, honor, etc. that's been gained by exploitation have been removed from the game database by methods we unfortunately cannot disclose details of. What we can tell you, is that I personally have been working on this, and I can assure you that all this results in nothing more than reset of stats despite many of you probably wishing for punishments for the usage of said possibility to exploit. 

 

We are grateful for your interest in the forum, as this is what we are here for. Forums, they are for you more than us. Sometimes things don't go as planned in-game and in the support team. But now I'm clearly seeing that there's no point in continuing this discussion anymore. Feel free if you want to, but the mod team won't interfere/-vene unless rule breaches (infractions) appear, from this moment on. 

 

The team felt that the Supervisor's word would make you feel more safe and cared for, as that's the message we do our best to relay to you. We hope to avoid such programming errors in the future. However as players you've all agreed to the ToS (Terms of Service), and there it's clearly stated that we cannot guarantee a 24/7/365 100% working bug-free game environment despite striving to keep it as close to that 100% as possible.

 

If you have more problems, or notice that someone has not had their stats reset 24 hours from now - open a new ticket at support (link: http://support.heroz...tLanguage=en_US) Also, first make sure to properly refresh the game page by pressing SHIFT+F5 for instance, to reload all content again and nothing from temporary files or the cache to make sure you get the proper stats of suspected cases in this example.
