So I bought donuts today the biggest offer to be exact and donated some to the team now the game for some reason has made my account no longer active and deleted all upgrade on team and reloaded melons I got all that info from a friend about team things that I didn't expand was deleted and things I did expand wasn't touch

If your account has gone inactive /can't log in you need to contact support (http://support.herozerogame.com/) and wait for them to reply, If possible please send a screenshot of any issues, including your computers time and date.

 

If you have already contacted support please read their reply fully and this should tell you how to resolve this issue or why your account has been closed. Please bear in mind tickets are for your eyes only and should not be published here in the forum and or anywhere else or shared with others.
