Simultaneous Login?

So I'm currently playing Herozero US2 and US3 at the same time. For some reason the simultaneous login thing keeps popping up on both servers is it because I'm using the same email? Because this has never happened before.

sounds stupid ,but make sure you havent opened up two of the same servers , as in two us2 or two us3 on your browser, I have done that before without realising lol

I havent opened up two of each I've even changed my passwords as well and its still doing it.

then my advice is to send a ticket to support so they can look into it for you , give them your user name for each account and explain whats happening and im sure they will get it sorted for you :)

The same thing is happening to me too... and the only window I have open is my account on US3 (its all I play) Its really starting to annoy the hell out of me...

This happens daily to me and has since I started playing.  If I shut down my PC and log in on my phone, I get the error.  I play on my breaks at work on my phone.  If I haven't logged in for 30 minutes or more it is there and the page has to reload.

I personally think it has to do with the time change (Daylight Savings Time here in the US).  Could have caused a glitch in the system.

 

I kept getting them.  I had to log out and log back in.  It helped everything reset itself.

Silverwing​ the reason it happens when you change from pc to phone is because your not logging out on the pc and just going straight to your phone the system still sees you signed in on the pc when infact your actually on your phone, try logging out of your pc then onto your phone and see if that resolves it for you,as for anyone else as just a mod and not support id rather not hazard a guess ,but if it becomes an issue and happens all to often then do send a ticket as they'll be able to assist :)

I have tried that, still same thing.  For me it is not an issue, it just reloads the page on my PC or my phone.  I thought that was why it was doing that so I ensured that I logged out of PC, same issue.

When going back and forth between phone and laptop I have that same issue.  It just thinks you are logged on to both.  That is if you are trying to get on the same server.

 

The daylight savings thing---well just today I was getting that reload message over and over and over again.  So it was a little glitch from the time change.

Yup guess it was a glitch. When I got on my phone I logged in when I was in town, After I got home no more mess ups

This happens to me as well and has for as long as I played. At first, it made me scared others had hacked my account. But later I realized it just does this when the game is idle long enough. It also happens if you open your game up on more than one window or server.

I would make sure my comp was clear of cookies, then write a support ticket for that.
