Like the subject says, with sufficient funds and repeated attempts, I cannot purchase from the store.

I assume you're playing on Playata's site. Write a ticket to support. This has happened to a couple of your team mates before, including myself. They will tell you to exercise all options like check your bank, etc. Just be persistent and patient and tell them you've exercised all those options (and actually do so 1st) and they will eventually fix the issue if it's on their end. The issue, if it isn't with your bank or some other such option (and sometimes it is) stems from it being an international purchase. Sometimes your bank will flag such transactions, but sometimes it's on Playata's end. But they will want you to exhaust all possibilities on your end 1st. So again, simply write a support ticket and follow all the avenues they relay until there is no other option but for the issue to be on their end.

Depending on your Credit Card company they most likely sent you an e-mail that includes your last 5 payments. Due to the main business being in Europe they most likely thought that it was someone else.

I had the same issue a couple of months ago.  I waited a few hours and it corrected itself and worked.
