Greetings,


My playing time on HZ happens using the mobile application, at least 90% of the time.
Simply, because it’s easier, I can do other things while training or while doing missions.

It comes in handy with villains, thanks to messages from teammates to attack it.
Even just in general, if there is something going on at fight time or else.
It’s pretty great.

Now I have two or three complaints, but keep in mind that those are the only things I can complain about, concerning the mobile application.

First of all, the errors or reloads.
Something, I don’t mind at all, in general.
Unfortunately, it tends to test my patience at fight time.
I have to sign in and out, at least three times.
Precious minutes, I’d rather pass playing. This is not a new issue, the last two weeks, I’ve been signing in and out, systematically, at fight time.

I suspect it has something to do with watching the fights, but I’ll leave that to you.

Secondly, trophies display. Now, I understand that the space on the ranking list is limited.
But please, please, please, if there is any way to make it easier to see the trophies, do it.
It can wait, but eventually go about that issue. With the reloads and errors, you can spend minutes trying to figure out, what trophy what team has.


Lastly, the shop.
I’m not a hoarder ( most of the time ), I automatically sell any item that doesn’t serve me.
Unfortunately, the shop refuses to sell an item if it’s not in the storage.
Is that a rule for the mobile application ?
If it is, pardon me, I wasn’t aware of that. And, the fact that it sells items with no fuss, in rare occasions that is, makes me doubt it is.


Please do not let those remarks make you doubt how happy I am with the mobile application.
Even the greatest things leave room for improvement.

Well, first of, gotta praise the ppl who have been working on bringing the app to life and improving it. Made my playing time much more enjoyable and longer.

 

I sometimes have reloads problem, but not as much as that. Fight time goes pretty uninterrupted. Trophy display, yes please! Also, I seem not to be able to use my batteries on special missions, not sure if it's only me though. And yeah, verrrry often I'm unable to move items from my inventory to storage and vice versa, same goes for selling them if they're in the storage.

Foreign Countries 

 

Ever since I started playing, I've been traveling a lot. ( National & International ) 

Which was the reason why the mobile version was the first choice for me.

Being in a european country, last week, I had to trade my iPhone for an android.

I downloaded the app. It worked.

Today, I'm in a third-world country and the app refuses to be downloaded on my new phone. 

(= Another Android) 

It's not available for this country.. which is a little strange, because most countries have it in the U.E.

So, what is the problem ?  

My online time was already lessened last week.

Now, I have to be in front of a computer ( with wi-fi ) at fight time. 

Which is just uncomfortable and frustrating.. So, again I ask  : What is the problem ?

           There's nothing  like ginger tea, to get a littleone worked up.    Well, used to.

            Maybe now it's guitars.. and their third string, that you are into now..   )
