Hi,

Similar to my question about equipment. Is the power of slimer also tied to your level? meaning it's better to just use the base dog till I hit 250, or is it more level agnostic? I could see this one being level agnostic, as it levels on its own...

Thanks for all the help you super heroes ... and apparently villains provide.

Yes, the Slimer stats are also tied to your level. Some of the base pets are pretty good as well. But yes if you buy slimer when you are a low level you will outgrow him.  If you decide to go with an in game pet after Slimer be sure to embue the new pet with slimer's  constant slimey dripping as it kicks back 5% more damage than regular constant dripping.

“What would your good be doing if there were no evil, and what would the earth look like if shadows disappeared from it? After all, shadows are cast by objects and people. There is the shadow of my sword. But there are also shadows of trees and living creatures. Would you like to denude the earth of all the trees and all the living beings in order to satisfy your fantasy of rejoicing in the naked light?”

Also, Slimers aren't necessarily better than game play acquired sidekicks. I leveled a Slimer and when I was done, it still had lower total skill points than the little chicken I leveled just before that. But for the record, you can always reset a sidekick's skill points to reflect your current level by teaching it a skill from another sidekick.

Now, just an fyi. A sidekick has to have already learned a skill before it can teach that skill to another sidekick. Teaching a sidekick a new skill returns the sidekick back to level 1 and makes the teacher sidekick disappear. Also, teaching a sidekick a skill costs 15 donuts. And lastly, sidekicks cannot learn skills they already currently know.
