Cash baby! Level doesn't matter when you can buy all the power you need.

No doubt it is cash. The more cash, the more you can improve your stats and by that strengthen your character

Ah, but higher levels get stronger gear. So up until level 250 when you are forced to slow down size matters.

Balance, until level 250, you can choose to get more money or exp, because by then the pace of leveling is 100% slower.
Higher level better $ in mission/work/gear and pet stat.
Unless you are in a team with a few training trophies, it would be best to have a good pace level and $.

Hmmmm.......Can't give up all of my secrets here. But I will say different times require different focus.
If you are just starting on a new server.......you want to focus on different things than if you are coming in after several months.
But if you come in after several months...hit the coins.
