I've tried to change from us3 to us2 and it keeps telling me there's no player with this e-mail. How do I fix this?

Where did you create your hero? US3 or US2?

If you want to change servers, you have to start from scratch, make a new hero. You can't move your hero from one server to another one. If that's what your question implied.
