How do we level up our sidekicks?

Just do the missions you do to level up your character. A percentage (don't know how much, but not that much) of the experience you are rewarded for completing the mission will be transfered to level up your sidekick, while the rest to level up your character. (NB: just make sure you have the sidekick you want to level up equipped when doing missions.)

2% of the total exp that one hero take in a mission!
