The Hero Zero Team Should allow us give or donate earned donuts to other heroes or to the team

Bad idea.  Players would just make multiple alts for the sole purpose of transferring nuts to another player or their team.  You could make lvl 20 in a day and earn quite a few nuts from deed completion, rinse and repeat.  Too easy to abuse imo.

I'd also disagree for the above reasons, it would be abused and create an extreme unfair advantage to those with a lot of time and computers on their hands.
